Pineapple Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 c. margarine
    1 tsp. rum extract
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
    1/2 c. coconut
    1 egg
    1 c. sour cream
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Combine the sugar, egg, margarine, sour cream and rum flavoring.
    Stir the dry ingredients together, then add the first mixture.
    Add pineapple and coconut.
    Put in 12 paper-lined or well-greased muffin cups.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
