Shish Kebab Marinade - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 clove garlic
    1/2 c. oil
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1/8 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    dash of cayenne pepper
Preparation
    Blend all ingredients; pour over meat in shallow glass container.
    Let stand 1 to 2 hours (won't hurt to let stand overnight).
    Skewer meat (of choice) and broil, brushing with sauce as they cook in the oven or on an outdoor grill.
