Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (9-inch) deep-dish pie crust (unbaked)
1 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
2 Tbsp. flour
2 1/4 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg
1 1/2 c. cooked pumpkin
1 can evaporated milk
Preparation

Mix brown sugar, flour, spice and salt in large bowl.
Stir in egg.
Beat in pumpkin and evaporated milk until smooth.
Pour into pastry crust.
Bake at 375\u00b0 oven for 50 to 55 minutes or until knife inserted 2-inches from edge comes out clean.
Serve warm or cold.
Serves 8.
