Dilly Cream Peas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. (2 medium) sliced 1/4-inch carrots
1/3 c. butter or margarine
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. half and half
10 oz. pkg. frozen tiny peas, thawed and drained
2 Tbsp. green onions, sliced 1/8-inch thick
1/2 tsp. each salt and dill weed
1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Cook carrots until crisp-tender (8 to 10 minutes).
Drain; set aside.
