Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. self-rising flour
3 bananas (mashed)
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Cream butter and sugar in bowl.
Beat in eggs, salt, and vanilla.
Mix well.
Add bananas, nuts, and flour.
Pour into greased loaf pan.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour.
