Lemon Sponge Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    5 Tbsp. flour
    5 Tbsp. melted butter
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    3 egg yolks (well beaten)
    1 c. milk
    3 egg whites (beaten stiff and added last)
Preparation
    Mix sugar and flour;
    add
    lemon
    juice, butter and egg yolks. Mix.
    Add milk.
    Add
    egg\twhites\tlast.
    Butter
    pan. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Set in a pan of warm water.
