Mexican Pinwheels - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large pkg. flour tortillas
    8 oz. block cream cheese
    1 c. salsa
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    4 oz. chopped black olives
    4 oz. can chili peppers
    8 oz. sour cream
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in large bowl, except tortillas.
    Spread thin layer of mixture onto each tortilla.
    Roll up.
    Wrap each rolled tortilla individually with Saran Wrap, tightly. Refrigerate, preferably overnight.
    Before serving, slice each \"roll up\" into approximately 10 pinwheels.
    Serve and enjoy. Yield:
    approximately 80 appetizers.
