Baked Pork Chops And Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops
    1 medium onion, diced or sliced
    6 medium potatoes
Preparation
    Roll chops in flour, salt and pepper. Fry in greased skillet on one side, then add onion and brown.
    Add potatoes, cut in 1/2-inch slices and each slice floured heavily. Salt and pepper. Cover with water. Bake in oven at 350\u00b0 until potatoes are done, about 1 hour.
