Egg Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 or 5 handfuls meal
    1 handful flour
    1 egg
    about 1 pt. buttermilk
    salt
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients real good.
    Add a little water if it's too dry.
    Mix again.
    You will probably have better results if you mix by hand.
    Then you take the first 3 fingers of the right hand, dig into the grease can and scoop up a little to grease the bottom of the pan so the bread won't stick.
    Pour in pan and cook for about 30 to 45 minutes at 350\u00b0 or 400\u00b0.
