Cookie Crumble Cheesecake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. Knox gelatine
1/4 c. cold milk
1 c. milk, scalded
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla flavor
1/2 c. mini chocolate chips
9 oz. graham cracker crust
1 c. your favorite cookies
Preparation

In blender, sprinkle gelatine over cold milk; let stand for 2 minutes.
Add hot milk and process at low until dissolved, about 2 minutes.
Add cream cheese, sugar and vanilla and process until blended.
Arrange chocolate in bottom of crust.
Pour in gelatine mixture.
Sprinkle with crushed cookies.
Chill until firm, about 2 hours.
Makes 10 servings.
