Chocolate Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. margarine, softened
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1/2 c. milk
2 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. cocoa
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. grated orange peel (optional)
2 c. coarsely shredded zucchini, peeled and seeds removed
1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Cream butter and sugar; add eggs, milk and vanilla.
Mix until well blended.
Add dry ingredients; mix well.
Stir in zucchini, grated orange peel and nuts.
Spoon into greased and floured 10-inch Bundt pan or tube pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
