25 Minute Spaghetti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tsp. shortening
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    3/4 lb. ground beef
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1/2 c. diced celery
    1 (46 oz.) can tomato juice
    1/2 lb. uncooked spaghetti
    1 small can tomato paste
    salt and pepper to taste
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Melt shortening in 4-quart saucepan; add onion and ground beef and brown.
    Add green pepper, celery, tomato juice, tomato paste and spices.
    Bring to a boil.
    Add uncooked spaghetti.
    Cover and simmer for 25 minutes.
    Just before serving, stir to blend spaghetti with sauce.
