Italian Nut Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1/4 c. orange juice
    1 orange rind, grated
    1/3 c. oil
    3 tsp. baking powder
    2 1/2 to 3 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    1 Tbsp. nutmeg
    1 c. almonds
    1 c. filberts
    1 c. walnuts
    sesame seed
Preparation
    Crush and measure nuts.
    Mix eggs, sugar, spices, juice and rind.
    Add flour, oil and baking powder.
    Mix well and add nuts. Refrigerate 1 hour or more.
    Grease 2 cookie sheets and hands. Make 4 long strips 1 1/2 to 2 inches wide (they will spread). Brush top with egg and sprinkle with sesame seed.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 to 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    After 10 minutes, exchange positions of cookie sheets.
    Cool and cut.
