Cream Baked Trout - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 whole rainbow trout (fresh or frozen, 1 1/4 lb.)
2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1 tsp. white pepper
1 tsp. salt (optional)
1 tsp. dill weed
2 Tbsp. fine dry bread crumbs or seasoned bread crumbs
1 pt. whipping cream
Preparation

Wash and pat fish dry.
Brush inside and out with lemon juice. Sprinkle with dill weed, salt and pepper.
Place in lightly buttered baking dish.
Pour whipping cream over fish.
Sprinkle with bread crumbs.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily when probed with a fork.
If fish is frozen, bake 20 to 25 minutes.
Good served with herbed new potatoes, green vegetable and salad.
