Hungarian Goulash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. lean stewing beef, cut in 1-inch cubes
    2 large red onions, thinly sliced
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1/4 c. melted margarine
    1 Tbsp. paprika
    1/4 c. tomato paste
    1/2 c. dry red wine
    2 c. beef broth
    salt and pepper to taste
    hot, cooked noodles
Preparation
    Saute meat, onions and green pepper in the margarine until vegetables are tender-crisp.
    Add the rest of the ingredients except noodles.
    Cover and simmer for about 2 hours until the meat is tender.
    Add extra broth if needed while cooking.
    Serve over noodles.
