Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. new potatoes
    2 stalks celery
    1 onion
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. water
    salt and pepper
    1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. milk
    7 eggs
Preparation
    Boil potatoes, peel and slice.
    Mix vinegar, sugar, water and salt and pepper; add to onion and celery.
    Mash eggs.
    Add water mixture to potatoes and marinate.
    Add eggs.
    Mix mayonnaise and milk.
    Add to potatoes.
