Pumpkin Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    2 Tbsp. liquid sweetener
    2 c. pumpkin
    1/8 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1 c. skim milk
Preparation
    Combine eggs, sweetener and pumpkin.
    Blend well.
    Add salt, spices and milk; mix well.
    Pour into 8-inch pie pan.
    Bake in a moderate 350\u00b0 oven 50 to 60 minutes or until done.
    Cut and serve like pie pieces, although it has no pastry crust.
