Ebelskievers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/3 c. milk
    1 1/3 c. flour
    3 eggs, separated
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/4 c. melted margarine
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients together.
    Mix together milk, margarine and beaten egg yolks; add to dry ingredients, stirring until blended.
    Beat egg whites until stiff.
    Fold egg whites into mixture, stirring sparingly.
    Put heaping tablespoon mixture in hot greased Ebelskiever tins or cook on greased pancake griddle. Serves 4.
