Barbecue Hamburger - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 lb. ground beef
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    1/2 c. vinegar
    2 qt. tomato sauce
Preparation
    Brown the meat in a heavy skillet, stirring to keep crumbly. Add salt.
    In another skillet, melt shortening and saute onion and celery until tender.
    Add to hamburger.
    Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 15 minutes.
    Serve on hot hamburger buns.
    Serves 50.
