Ham-Potato Au Gratin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
    1/4 c. onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. oleo
    1 Tbsp. flour
    dash of pepper
    1 c. American cheese, shredded
    1/4 c. Miracle Whip
    3 medium potatoes, cooked and diced
    1 lb. cooked ham, diced (2 c.)
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Cook onion and green pepper in oleo until tender.
    Stir in flour and pepper. Add milk and bring to a boil. Reduce heat. Add shredded cheese and Miracle Whip. Stir until cheese melts. Combine potatoes and ham with sauce; bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes. Serves 4 to 6.
