Black Beans And Jalapenos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 Tbsp. garlic powder
    1 to 3 Tbsp. jalapenos, seeded and chopped
    1/2 tsp. ground cumin
    2 (15 oz.) cans black beans, rinsed and drained
    1 can chicken broth
    fresh lime juice
    chopped cilantro and onions
Preparation
    Saute jalapenos in olive oil with garlic and cumin.
    Add beans and broth, then cook for 5 minutes at medium heat.
    Mash beans. Boil and stir for 10 minutes.
    Season beans with salt, pepper and lime juice.
    Top with cilantro and onions.
    Serve as a side dish or in burritos.
