Irish Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 stick margarine
    2/3 c. sugar
    1 egg
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. milk
    about 1 1/2 c. floured raisins
Preparation
    Sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Cream together margarine and sugar.
    Beat in egg, sour cream and milk.
    Fold in the flour mixture and raisins.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
