Moist Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 3/4 c. unsifted flour
2 c. sugar
3/4 c. Hershey's cocoa
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. strong coffee
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1 c. buttermilk or sour milk*

Preparation

*To sour milk, add 1 tablespoon vinegar plus milk to equal 1 cup.
