Pineapple Lime Velvet Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. lime jello
    2 c. boiling water
    1 (6 or 8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 1/3 c. crushed pineapple with juice
    1 c. finely cut celery (optional)
    1 pkg. Dream Whip, whipped
    maraschino cherries (optional)
    walnuts (optional)
Preparation
    Add jello to water and stir until dissolved.
    Add cream cheese and beat until cheese is well blended.
    Chill until slightly congealed.
    Add pineapple and celery.
    Fold in Dream Whip, lightly but thoroughly.
    Add nuts and cherries.
    Pour into mold that has been rinsed with cold water.
