Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. apples, chopped
2 1/2 c. plain flour
1 1/2 c. salad oil
2 tsp. baking powder
2 c. sugar
1 c. pecans
Preparation

Cream sugar, egg and oil on low speed.
Add flour and baking powder.
Fold in by hand raw apples and nuts.
Bake in oblong pan at 350\u00b0 for 60 minutes.
