Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices bread
    butter or margarine
    1 lb. sausage
    1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
    6 eggs
    2 c. half and half or milk
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Butter bread on both sides and place in a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Cook sausage and drain.
    Spoon sausage over the bread and sprinkle with cheese.
    Combine eggs, half and half and salt.
    Mix well.
    Pour over cheese.
    Cover and chill overnight.
    Remove from refrigerator 15 minutes before baking.
    Bake uncovered 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
