Corn Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans Shoepeg corn
1/2 stick butter or margarine
3 Tbsp. flour (all-purpose)
1/2 pt. whipping cream
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Place corn in baking dish; set aside. Melt margarine in skillet over medium heat.
Add flour and blend. Add whipping cream; mix well.
Add hot mixture to corn and blend well.
Bake 30 to 35 minutes.
