Apricot Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (3 oz.) pkg. apricot flavored jello
2/3 c. sugar
2/3 c. water
2 small jars apricot baby food
1 1/2 c. pecans or walnuts, chopped
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained
1 can Eagle Brand milk
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
Preparation

Combine jello, sugar and water in a saucepan.
Bring to a boil,
stirring
to
dissolve
sugar and jello.
Remove from heat. Stir
in
fruit.
Set
aside to cool.
Combine milk and cream cheese,
beating until smooth.
Stir in gelatin mixture, then the nuts.
Pour into mold or bowl.
Chill until firm.
