Broccoli Crumb Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. seasoned croutons
1/4 c. oleo, melted and mixed with croutons
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
1 c. water
1 tsp. salt
1 c. (4 oz.) grated Cheddar cheese
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
Preparation

Put broccoli into boiling water and let thaw; separate with fork and put in strainer (do not cook broccoli).
Put cheese in pan and add soup.
Cook over low heat until cheese is melted.
Put broccoli in dish.
Cover with sauce and then croutons.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Cover if croutons get
too brown.
