6 eggs, separated
1 whole egg
1 c. ground hazelnuts
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. flour
1/3 c. breadcrumbs
Preparation

Preheat oven to 275\u00b0.
In a large bowl, beat the egg yolks and the whole egg.
Beat until the mixture is thick and light in color.
Gradually beat in 1/2 cup of the sugar, then the nuts and the breadcrumbs.
Continue to beat until mixture forms a dense, moist mass.
