Wild Polk Salad Greens With Bacon And Eggs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    polk salad greens
    3 green onions
    4 slices bacon with drippings
    4 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    In a large pot, heat polk salad greens to boiling; add salt. Boil until tender or done.
    Drain; add more water. Repeat boiling procedure, except don't add any more salt.
    Drain again; add cool water and let cool.
    Then squeeze out excess water into balls; set aside.
