Mushroom Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    4 Tbsp. lemon juice
    freshly ground pepper
    1/2 c. chopped scallions
    2 cloves minced garlic
    1 lb. fresh sliced mushrooms
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. catsup
    1/2 c. dry white wine
    1/2 c. chicken stock
Preparation
    Melt butter in a pan and saute scallions, garlic, mushrooms for 3 minutes.
    Stir in flour, then add catsup, wine and stock. Whisk gently.
    Cook, stirring constantly until sauce is slightly thickened.
    Good with fish.
