Lemon Bisque Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box lime jello
    1/3 c. lemon juice
    1 large can evaporated milk
    1 2/3 c. boiling water
    1 c. sugar
    2 vanilla wafer crumb crusts
    crushed vanilla wafers
    butter
Preparation
    Dissolve jello in water.
    Add lemon juice and sugar.
    Chill and whip.
    Chill thoroughly the evaporated milk and whip.
    Fold in jello mixture and fill 2 vanilla wafer crumb crusts.
    Top with a bit of crushed vanilla wafers (toasted with a bit of butter and baked in 375\u00b0 oven and cooled).
    Chill pie and serve.
