Uncooked Green Tomato Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 gal. green tomatoes
    4 red and 4 green peppers
    15 onions
    1/2 c. salt
    3 c. vinegar
    6 3/4 c. sugar
    1 large size jar mustard
Preparation
    Grind tomatoes, peppers and onions and sprinkle with salt. Let stand overnight.
    Morning:
    Drain well; add vinegar, sugar and mustard.
    Mix well and put into sterilized jars.
    Put on lids and seal bottle; do not process or cook.
    Set on shelf.
    This makes good meat loaf or Sloppy Joes mix.
