Hawaiian Ham - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. sliced ham, fully cooked
1/3 c. pineapple juice
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
3/4 tsp. ginger
pineapple slices
Preparation

Blend 1/3 cup juice (drained from pineapple), soy sauce and ginger.
Pour over ham in shallow container.
Marinate 30 minutes turning once.
Remove ham from marinade and grill over hot coals until browned.
Brush occasionally with reserved marinade.
Heat pineapple slices last 2 minutes and serve with ham.
