Egg And Caviar Hors D'Oeuvres - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 hard-boiled eggs
    1 stick butter
    chopped chives
    touch of Tabasco
    Lea & Perrins sauce
    sour cream
    red caviar, drained (if runny)
Preparation
    Finely chop eggs. Cream eggs with butter. Add chives, Tabasco and Lea & Perrins sauce. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve on your choice of crackers with a top layer of sour cream and a topping of red caviar. (You may need 2 small jars of red caviar.)
