Casserole Special - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, cubed
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 c. whole kernel corn (12 oz. can)
1 (2 oz.) jar pimiento, drained and chopped
1 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
1 can refrigerated biscuits
Preparation

Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
Brown meat; drain.
Add onion.
Cook until tender.
Stir in cheese and soup; mix well.
Add corn, pimiento and seasonings; pour into 12 x 8-inch baking dish.
Place biscuits around edge of baking dish.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes. Yields 6 servings.
