Los Patios Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 stick margarine
    3 chopped green onions
    3 stalks chopped celery with some leaves
    2 grated carrots
    2 (10 3/4 oz.) cans chicken broth
    2 (10 3/4 oz.) cans potato soup
    8 oz. grated yellow cheese
    parsley flakes
    few drops Tabasco
    salt
    ground pepper
    8 oz. sour cream
    3 Tbsp. sherry
Preparation
    Melt margarine over low heat and saute onions, celery and carrots.
    Add chicken broth, cover and simmer 30 minutes.
    Add potato soup, cheese, parsley, Tabasco, salt and pepper.
    Stir in sour cream.
    Simmer 15 minutes.
    Add sherry, stir and serve!
    Total cooking time:
    45 minutes.
