Down-Home Potato Slices - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 baking potatoes
    1/2 c. melted butter or margarine
    1/2 c. grated onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Scrub potatoes and cut lengthwise into 1/2-inch slices.
    Do not peel.
    Place a single layer on a greased baking sheet.
    Mix butter, onion, salt and pepper.
    Brush on potato slices and cover with foil.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
