Squaw Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 strips bacon
    2 Tbsp. minced green pepper
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    3 c. cooked or canned whole kernel corn
    1 Tbsp. pimiento, cut in strips
Preparation
    Cook bacon to delicate brown in heavy saucepan. Remove from fat and cut in small pieces.
    Add green pepper and onion.
    Cook 3 minutes over medium heat.
    Add corn, bacon and pimiento.
    Reheat. Yields 6 servings.
