Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. milk
    2 c. water
    1 c. sugar
    pinch of salt
    1 c. uncooked rice
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. lemon juice
    cinnamon
    as many raisins as you want (optional)
Preparation
    Cook rice in first 4 ingredients, mixing constantly for 30 minutes or until rice is cooked.
    Pour into 8 1/2 x 13-inch pan. Beat egg;
    add
    vanilla
    and lemon.
    Pour over rice mixture. Sprinkle in
    raisins.
    Stir with a fork.
    Sprinkle with cinnamon. Refrigerate until cool.
