Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    1/4 c. melted shortening
    1/2 c. sugar
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. milk
    1 c. blueberries
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Grease muffin tins. Sift flour and add all other dry ingredients. Break egg and beat until light.
    Add milk to egg. Stir egg and milk into dry ingredients. Add shortening just enough to mix ingredients.
    Add blueberries just before you put into muffin cups. Fill muffin cups 2/3 full. Bake 20 to 25 minutes.
