Quiche Lorraine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. pie crust mix, prepared
    4 slices bacon, fried crisp and crumbled (reserve fat)
    1 small onion, chopped coarse
    1/4 c. ham, chopped (we sometimes use Canadian bacon, too)
    1 c. Swiss cheese, coarsely chopped
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
    4 eggs, beaten
    2 c. light cream
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Prepare pie crust according to the package directions and line an 8-inch pie pan.
    Bake for 10 minutes at 425\u00b0 and cool.
    Using some of the bacon fat, saute onion until tender and spread with bacon, ham and cheese in pie shell.
