Irv'S Turkey Stuffing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

16 c. bread crumbs
1 tsp. poultry seasoning
1 large onion, chopped
2 c. chopped celery
4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 1/3 c. margarine
16 to 18 oz. sausage
8 oz. mushrooms
1 can water chestnuts
Preparation

Use either 3/4 pound of skinned link sausages or sausage meat shaped like links.
I usually cook the meat part way first.
Use either Short Crust or Flaky Pastry.
