Blue Cheese Walnut Bites - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
2 to 3 tsp. cracked black pepper
8 oz. Blue cheese
1/4 c. butter
1 c. chopped walnuts
2 egg yolks, slightly beaten
Preparation

Combine flour and pepper in a medium bowl. Use a pastry blender to cut in cheese and butter until it resembles coarse crumbs. Add walnuts and egg yolks. Stir until combined. Form the mixture into a ball. Knead until combined. Divide dough in half. Shape each half into
a log about 9-inches long. Wrap logs in plastic wrap. Chill at least 2 hours.
