Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe

1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks or tidbits
1/2 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. flour
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. melted butter
3/4 c. buttery Ritz cracker crumbs
Preparation

Drain pineapple; reserve 3 tablespoons juice.
Combine sugar and flour; stir in reserved juice.
Add pineapple and cheese; mix well.
Spoon mixture in 1-quart casserole.
Combine melted butter and cracker crumbs; stir well.
Sprinkle over pineapple mixture. Bake 20 to 30 minutes at 350\u00b0 or until lightly browned.
