Crustless Crab Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 oz. crabmeat
4 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
4 eggs
1 c. evaporated skim milk
1/2 tsp. salt and powdered mustard
1/8 tsp. pepper
dash of paprika
1/4 c. green onion
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Spray 8-inch glass pie plate with nonstick cooking spray.
In medium bowl, mix crabmeat, cheese and onions.
Use back of spoon to press crabmeat mixture over bottom and up sides of pie plate.
