Lucy'S Broccoli Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. water
    4 chicken bouillon cubes
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese, sliced, cubed or grated
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
Preparation
    In a heavy saucepan, combine water, bouillon cubes, chopped onion and celery.
    Boil 10 minutes.
    Add broccoli and boil 10 more minutes.
    Add cheese and soup.
    Stir occasionally, until cheese melts.
    Serve hot or cold.
    Freeze well.
