Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 to 8 chicken breasts
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 carton sour cream
1 roll Ritz crackers
2 1/2 tsp. poppy seed
1 1/2 sticks margarine
Preparation

Cook chicken; debone and tear into pieces.
Put chicken in a 7 x 11-inch buttered casserole; mix the soup and sour cream and pour over chicken.
Crush the Ritz crackers and combine with the poppy seed.
Sprinkle over soup mixture.
Melt margarine and pour over top.
Cook 40 to 45 minutes at 350\u00b0, until bubbly and brown. Serves 8.
