Corny Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans (15 oz. each) black beans
    1 large onion
    1 clove garlic
    1 lb. ground turkey
    3 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 large can (28 oz.) tomatoes
    1 small can (4 oz.) diced green chilies
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen corn kernels
Preparation
    Place
    beans
    in
    colander
    and
    rinse with water until water runs
    clear.
    Chop onion into small pieces and place in pan. Squeeze
    garlic
    into
    pan.
    Place
    pan
    on
    burner
    and crumble in turkey.
    Cook on medium-high heat; stir occasionally
    for about 5 minutes, until turkey is no longer pink.
    Add chili powder,
    tomatoes (break them up with wooden spoon) and their liquids, chilies, corn and beans to pan.
    Reduce heat to medium-low
    and
    simmer,
    uncovered,
    for 15 minutes.
    Makes 4 servings.
